Title VI - The Most Important Law In the United States
Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act -- The most important piece of legislation in the United States which has been completely ignored. Why? Because it shares the wealth of the country with EVERYONE. Black businesses, Black communities and Black Children die, because this piece of legislation is not implemented. Literally hundreds of billions of dollars are redirected away from Black and other minority communities.
For true equality we all must share in the economic power of America. Without federal, state, and local government money spent in non-discriminatory ways, there will never be economic parity. You must 1) learn about Title VI 2) demand of your representatives implementation of the components of Title VI and all supporting legislation 3) stop being afraid of demanding, no, expecting your rights.

According to the U.S. Census Department Economic Census Report for 1997, African American businesses account for only a little more than one third of one percent of the total sales and receipts of all businesses nationally.

Toys-R-Us chief executive officer has also had to step down because operation and sales at the company have been so bad. Sales will get a lot worse before they get better. Full Story
