Black Riverboat Fisherman

By I.R. Scott

According to the US Census Bureau profile of General Demographic Charcteristis: 2000 for Orleans City: over 100,000 children were 14 years of age or younger. 35,000 babies were under 5 years of age.

According to the New York Times, few of the bodies so far found were children’s.

New Brief: Time finally breaks story on alligator inside New Orleans city

According to the Time magazine, September 13 issue "Rescue workers could hear people pounding on roofs trapped in attics as the water rose in New Orleans. Emergency crews plucked out the living and leave the bodies behind." In the Time 11 the issue Katrina the a passing statement is printed about one group of the 1.5 million alligators and their infestation of New Orleans following the artificial rupture of the 17th Street levee and the opening of a NFL football field wide hole.

Many of the alligator attacks reported to the local governmental agencies and media by African American survivors were suppressed and never reported. The Homeland Security or NORTHCOM daily press briefing used misinformation to hide the degree of infestation and attacks.

According to Wil Milam, a rescuer swimmer for the US Cost Guard reported to the Time, October 31, 2005 page 50, seeing alligators undulating in the water below as he hoist victims from rooftops over a 11 day period with his helicopter.

The Time magazine and other mainstream media have been very careful to completely black out the deadly role of alligators played in particularly the high rate of death of Black children. Thousand of kids were forced on their rooftop in the early morning of the after Katrina to fight for their lives against alligators.

We must first demystify the illusion of what they reported happened and then with them reconstruct the painful truth to help our children so they can start the healing process.

NBC first break part of alligator terror

MSNBC carried a story about an Africa America riverboat fisherman who was in tears as

He describe how a group Black Mothers were forced to in trust 18 their babies and young

Children’s to his care to be carried to safety in a boat to small to also carry the mothers.

The African American mothers appears to have been part of a community effort that was

Fighting the massive flooding in the Lower 9th Ward and Saint Bernard ghettos of New Orleans. The Black mother very aware of the fact that New Orleans region was home hundred of thousand of alligators. Tens of alligators farm are operated in and near New Orleans.

Southern Louisiana had a multi billion-dollar alligator farming industry.

There was over 70 alligator farming operations in the state.

Lake Pontchartrian is de facto, the largest French/LSU alligator farming operation in the world. Hundreds of thousands of alligators were under management or in wild animal parks. Many farms were operating near the city borders of New Orleans.

There were major alligator farms in Florida parishes, Hammond area, Washington Parish, Terrebonne and Lafourche. The Oval Office, US Army Corp, NORTHCOM and Homeland Security knew that any major failure of the levees would cause massive infestation of alligators in the northern ghettos and 120,000 children under 18 would be at risk of alligator attacks. Because of their small size the 35,000 children under 5 will be at particularly serious risk. Waiting on rooftops would make them setting ducks for alligator attack, especially at night.

As the three levees failed and the waves from the storm surge pushed the lake water over the tops the floodwalls the infestation of alligators started.

Katrina’s early morning massive rains and Lake Pontchartrian storm surge had forced alligators into the city sewage system and over the top the Industrial Channel levee.

The 17th levee break gave wild and farmed alligators from Lake Pontchartrian and the Gulf of Mexico a direct access to thousand of at risk flood victims forced on their roofs and abandoned by President Bush in the northern ghettos of New Orleans for three days and nights.

The alligator attacks was carefully kept out or minimized in the major stream media reporting.

In the face of massive floods and the immediate potential of alligators attacks, some Black citizens realizing the immediate danger of alligator infestation made the decision to get their children’s out of the ghetto as soon as possible.

The adults elected to try and fight off the alligators while they wait for the promised federal rescue forces massed and waiting in the northern Gulf of Mexico. They were assuming that the US military forces would arrive minutes after hurricane Katrina winds and rains slowed down and stopped.

One can only imagine how terrifying the actual situation was as thousands of alligators infested the Northern city ghettos in the dark hours of morning that led a group of loving African American mothers to make such a collective choice to make the separation of the most basic and powerful human bond. The fact that the children were transported by boat, suggest the roads were flooded out and the alligators were already in the immediate area.

It’s appeared that the Black mothers trusted that the President of the United States was doing every thing in his power to save New Orleans and its people. They were so very wrong. The LSU alligator GPS tagging program and US Space Command special thermal sensor armed satellites allow President Bush and US Space Command to track, count and watched as thousands of alligators fed on the children of New Orleans now forced on rooftops or walking throughout the flood waters.

According to the New York analysis of the age distribution the official recovered bodies almost no children bodies have been recovered.

It appears that it was never President Bush primary goal to save American citizens in New Orleans.

Embedded in the Black mother’s stories are the keys to the deeper understanding the horrific human drama that President created by refusing to employ the massive federal army waiting in the Gulf of Mexico.

As many as 50 per cent of the missing people are helpless children. Many were eaten by alligators.

The writer estimates that more of the city babies and children were trapped in the heavily populated Saint Bernard and lower 9th Wards. Both these area were flooded, first by Katrina and then the second time by the 17th Street levee rapture.

Alligator part of Oval Office ruthless plan

Bush failure was in fact a critical part of a cool blooded plan to public pressure, shame and humiliated the Governor of Louisiana in order to force her to submit to his well. The alligator attacks and deaths in New Orleans was a key part of the Oval Office drama.

Part of the fear TV views felt from the people interviewed in New Orleans was the immediate threat of alligator attacks. The floodwalls along Lake Pontchartrian in northern New Orleans were not only keeping out water, but also hundreds of thousand of alligators.

The Oval Office knowingly and willfully watch Black helpless children begging for help for their lives for over three days and did nothing. In fact, the Oval Office prevented other rescuers forces like the New York City and New Jersey rescuer and police forces form reaching New Orleans.

The silence but inescapable message communicated by President Bush and Oval Office is that Black children are worthless. In most cases, people suffering these emotional traumas like 9/11 will never be professor diagnosed or treated by professorial mental health providers.

The 100,000 helpless children under five years of age in greater New Orleans bore far more of the weight of Katrina and the horror of the artificial flooding of New Orleans than any other segment of the population.

The real story of Black people struggle against alligator attacks during the critical first three-day after Katrina stormed ashore has been carefully blackout of the media.

This public covers up and denial by President Bush and the Louisiana alligators farmers of the terrifying role alligators played in Katrina, keeps our children traumatized and unable to integrate their emotional about the terrifying events in New Orleans.

Oval Office allowed thousands of alligator to entry unabated. The US Army Corp of Engineers was order by the Oval Office to do nothing about the breaks in the levees. Shark nets were never deployed to cover the levee opening to stop the alligator infestation. There were no reported special deployment by either the NORTHCOM or Homeland Security forces to systemically hunt down and kill rogue alligators in city.

Many of the alligator attacks reported to the media by African American survivors were suppressed and never reported. The Homeland Security or NORTHCOM daily press briefing used misinformation to hide the degree of alligator infestation and attacks.

Herds of 15 or more alligators were observed hunting human prey three days after Katrina had left the city.

According to Wil Milam, a rescuer swimmer for the US Cost Guard for reported to the Time, October 31, 2005 page 50, seeing alligators undulating in the water below as he hoist victims from rooftops over a 11 day period with his helicopter.

The Time magazine and other mainstream media have been very careful to completely black out the deadly role of alligators played in particularly the high rate of death of Black children. Thousand of kids were forced on their rooftop in the early morning of the after Katrina to fight for their lives against alligators.

After the 17th levee ruptured 300,000 people was stranded, mostly on rooftops for five days and four nights. In some case people were exposed to alligator attacks for over a week.

In many cases alligators reached trapped flood victims before the Louisiana National Guard. Thousands of African Americans kids remain listed as officially missing and assumed dead.

When did President Bush first know about the alligator threat, Florida?

President Bush, US Space Command and NORTHCOM knew that under flood conditions the massive alligator farm population poised a dangerous and immediate threat to the people of New Orleans and any massive rescue operation undertaking.

Their hurricane experience in Florida suggested that New Orleans situation would offer great challenges given the massive number of alligator living so dangerously near the city.

US Space Command SORC (Spectral Operation Resource Center) has developed detail streets satellite imageries of target cities in Florida and New Orleans. Alligator’s farms habits, egg nests and trails were targeted on the maps. These imageries would be critical for non-local forces conducting search and recovery and if need be killing of alligators missions.

According to the 2005-updated FEMA master, rescuers would have a critical window of just 72 hours in which to carry out most the rescue of most people remaining in New Orleans out of the city. The classified FEMA master outlined the serious problem of alligator infestation of the city via the levees from near by alligator’s farms. Most FEMA models were based on a direct hit from a Katrina like storm. In such cases most people would be die from 200 mph blast winds and the 30 feet storm surge. The fact that Katrina missed New Orleans and structure of the 17th Street levee rupture allow an easy route into for alligators to many parts of the city.

Containment of alligators would be a real challenge in any case. Without steel alligator nets closing the rupture at the 17th Street levee the alligator infestation could never be controlled. The 17th levee was never closed with alligator netting, thousand of alligators were allowed to enter the inundated city at well.

The US military plans to address the alligator threat have to date been kept from the American public eye and blacked out of the US and French media. How to deal with the Alligator challenge remain more top secret than the active US military weather modification programs that created Katrina.

Reportedly neither US Space Command nor any other federal agencies passed any active information or intelligence concerning the changing alligator threat following the storm surge to the Louisiana State National Guard, city of New Orleans Police or local gaming personnel.

After Katrina stormed ashore, the US Space Command refused to share any intelligence on the effects of the storm surge on alligator farming status, movements or sighting of alligators within the city flooded areas, Lake Pontchartrian and the Mississippi River.

The southern Mississippi River basin has a population of over million alligators. Most of the states 70 man-made alligator farms are located in the greater New Orleans area.

Many of the alligators has been tagged by the Louisiana State University and private farmers and monitored by private GPS satellites.

Alligator attacks

One woman said that the crocodiles were eating the children floating in the water. Attending doctors reported alligator wounds. Louisiana National Guardsmen reported observing alligators in the streets of New Orleans attack flood victims. Military helicopters coming from Texas reported seeing groups of alligators swimming the streets of the city.

US Space Command refused to share any of its updated critical information about alligators with local forces

Tanneries de Cuirs d’Indochine et de Madagascar, that process alligator hides at Lafayette, Louisiana, producing about 130,000 reportedly is very concern about the effects of Katrina on supply of hides. Fears are growing that the prices of Hermes, Gucci, and Vuitton and Prada fashion houses may surge if supply of Louisiana hides collapse.

There remains a major press blackout and misinformation campaign about the multi billion-dollar French alligator industry and any connection with their Louisiana alligator farming operation to the large numbers of missing Black children of New Orleans.

Tanneries de Cuirs d’Indochine et de Madagascar, the other 70 alligators farms, Hermes, Gucci, and Vuitton and Prada fashion houses worked with the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Initiative (CESI) and the Florida Crocodilian Research Team to develop and maintain the best available data on alligator densities, body condition, nesting, and alligator hole occupancy. Together they design and developed satellite –based monitoring models that calibrated alligators populations from Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas.

Military satellites reported alligators

A key element of US Space Command deployment was the Ground Moving Target Indicador (GMTI) satellite network, which allowed US Space Command to view in real time video feed, the entire region of southern Louisiana. US Space Commands could see and track were the flood waters were and the rate they were spreading. Larger objects like adult alligators were track able. These same satellites hunt and kill Mimi North Koran submarines in the Sea of Japan and follow moving objects underwater thousands of miles.

GMTI create surveillance management grids for further the local landing zones to rapidly move thousands of citizens out of the spreading floor water. One of these zones was over the 17th Street levee that broke at 4:00 am. US Space Command had thermal sensitive satellite sensors that was also were up linked to night helicopter thermal sensors watching the Caymans feeding on the flood victims forced to their roofs during the early morning hours of the first day of after storm.

More importantly, the GMITI allowed US Space Commanders the ability to locate track and adjust deployment of all the rescue assets, i.e. boats, trucks and helicopters. The location of all alligator farms and wild life parks were girded and monitored. All this critical information was fed to President Bush situation in Texas and Washington, DC.

President Bush refused to allow the city of New Orleans and National Guard to used US Space Command communication platforms to create a space-based communication uplink to track the alligator movement into the city was now cost costing thousands of needless deaths to alligator attacks.

Governor of Louisiana again refused to submit to President Bush demands for direct control of her military forces via federalization (see nubiannews.com "The first Bush Spook to Speak out"). One of the deadly consequences of the Governor refusal was to allow the alligators three extra days of human feeding.

To transport 10,000 flood victims to high ground require 1,000 around by military troop transport helicopters and a space based traffic control network with ground support logistical infrastructure. (See NubianNew.com xxx). Northern sections of New Orleans needed to move 60,000 on the first day of Katrina, anther 240,000 victims the second and 75,000 the third day. The Oval Office refused to allow US military helicopters use until the forth day.

Like other states, Louisiana lacked the critical mass of manpower and helicopters to move large massive of people. President Bush knew most of Louisiana critical infrastructure was deployed in Iraqi. Most of the state’s advanced night operations communication networks were also in the Middle East.

The Governor was between a rock and a hard place, with time running out on the citizens of New Orleans.

Katrina has forced people in the low 9th Ward to move on to their rooftops, but the National Guard lacked the federal 600 helicopters and spaced-based communication or transport assets to orderly rescue them. Before the storm, there were almost 100,000 citizens in the Saint Bernard Parish alone in New Orleans.

Admiral Keating forces, US Space Command and FEMA were order to stand down, as international and national press staff started live interviews of mostly terrified Black Americans begging the President to send in the troops they now knew were near by.

The last time the city of New Orleans has a citywide operational communication grid; the National Hurricane Center at 9:45 am on 8/28/2005 downgraded the critical storm surge predictions for the Mississippi and Lake Pontchartrian near New Orleans to 15 feet from the earlier 28 feet projection. The local news was reporting that the Hurricane missed New Orleans, passing 18 miles north by east of the city. There were no reports of alligator’s attacks before city wide mass communication went out. For anyone living near Lake Pontchartrian this news was good.

Alligators Came In the Night

The all is clear message Katrina left the city after 11:00 am. The words on the street were New Orleans has missed the storm. This was the official theme of the first, which many New Orleans citizens passed around the city. This was in fact deadly misinformation. This was last the last comprehensive media news picture on TV most people took to bed. The next two levees would break wide open during the early morning hours allowing thousands of alligator’s free access to most of the city.

Following Sunset of the first day things were rapidly moving toward the major break and massive opening of the 17th Street floodwall. As darkness covers the city flooding appeared to be contained, the northern levees were still holding back the lake flooding, as most of New Orleans citizen went to sleep. By the end of the first day of the storm, rescuer crews were seen moving about the city. The rescue operation was faced to slow the first night because the National Guard less critical night operation equipment. Also, President was still refused to allow any federal assistance, including the critical air traffic control of night helicopters. The alligators were left to feed on remain New Orleanians, now exposed on their roofs.

Then the 17th Street floodwall gave away (the Final Call and other suggest was made to fall) 25 billion gallons of Pontchartrian water or 2 percent of the total mass of lake water rash into the city of New Orleans.

Lake Pontchartrian waters quickly submerged what is still dry of the Lower 9th Ward and nearby areas in less than 30 minutes. This inundation of Lake Pontchartrian water trapped thousands of people in the dark of morning. Short after 4:00 am the 17th Street Canal levees also was breached. Now hundreds and then thousands of alligators that lost their own homes and eggs to a storm surge and floodwaters are released into the city by the three massive levees failures.

By Sunrise of the second day, most of the city of New Orleans was inundated with Lake water and thousands of alligators.

No Times escape the 17th Street levee flood

According to the Wall Street Journal, after the 17th Street levee broke open a 300 feet wide hole, the city of New Orleans flooded at the rate of one foot per minute.

In 30 minutes thousand of Americans were entombed in their homes by floodwaters. Ten of thousand more were trapped on their roofs easy targets for alligators.

Black people and their children awoke in the dark to water and alligators in their already in their homes.

Ten of thousands of Americans were forced out of their homes on to their rooftops reduced to waiting for US military rescue that President Bush delayed for another three days.

The next three days, President Bush watched as alligators filled the city passing back and forth via the 17th Street levee break to the lake and Gulf of Mexico. According to officials from St. Bernard Parish, 90 per cent of people were flooded out and forced on their rooftops.

Going to the roof of their home would buy time from the water, but make them easy victims for alligators.

The major alligator infestation of New Orleans was cause, not by Katrina, but a man-made break of the 17th street levee. Much is being debated about who and why the break was cause. Nothing to date has been said about the thousands of alligators that were allowed by men throughout the break.

Louisiana National Guard lack of access to US Space Command’s thermal sensitive satellite sensors that were also down linked to night operations helicopter armed with thermal sensors crippled the city effort to mount effective countermeasure. Alligators were allowed to freely feed on the city’s helpless population by President Bush.

As stated above the Oval Office alligator terror campaign was part of a political terror move by President’s team in order to finally pressure the Governor, who was now receiving US Space Command and National Guard reports of alligators attacks and death in the city.

After three day, the Governor agrees to de facto federal of the relief effort in exchange for a political facing saving joint Katrina military command. After agreeing to de facto federalization, a few billion dollars of the recovery funding was given to the Governor Office for political distribution.

The Governor even agreed to extend the alligator harvest a month to clean things up.

The Northern ghetto of New Orleans remain under water, hurricane Rita have given the remaining alligator enough freest water to finalist the job of consuming the bodies of the dead and missing. Unknown numbers of Black babies and children remains will be in exist Xmas expensive alligator bags in New York and Paris.

President Bush and his evil men will ague when they knew what they knew, but the facts will not changes, only how we choose to process them.

Black mothers when joint other mothers around the world marching for the final accounting of they’re missing and disappeared children of New Orleans.

New Orleans is a case study of planned institutionalized genocide working.

The Black community and much of white middle and working classes America remains in collective denial of the evil done to our children in New Orleans following Katrina leaving the area.

Our "silence of the lamb mental denial" is crippling our collective ability, to see the reality of the continuing danger threatening our children from Oval Office political predatory, pedophiles and murders.

Oval Office evil has led to the slaughter of thousands of helpless African Americans children in New Orleans and the traumzation of a whole generation of children TV viewers around the world.

Another generation of Black children is force to recover for the rest of their lives from unnecessary trauma and evil.

President Bush failure to deploy the massive US military force during the early stage of the tragedy Katrina has resulted in over a million American citizens are now the internal displaced, homeless and mentally challenged people. Most of victimized are African American children and will not receive care.

One of the common beliefs is that Black people were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

This belief and it sister belief that God was punishing Blacks for there part in Sin city are both dangerous and lack historical factual context.

Evil men in the Oval Office and Rockefeller Center are responsibly for the horror that is New Orleans.
