Deadly Bacterial Lake in New Orleans, Threatens Pontchartrian

ScottThe real reason why President Bush and his friend Reverend Jessie Jackson refused to walk in the flood water with refugees to show the world they were down with the brothers of New Orleans was not because of fear of snipers, but the deadly tocicity of the water. They knew that the week old flood waters in New Orleans are now contaminated with deadly bacterial diseases. At this point only a mentally challenged person or an emotional desperate person would knowingly walk in the New Orleans water.
According to MSNBC 9/1/05 the flood waters around the Superdome have tested positive for bacterial contamination and is reportedly inflecting flood victims walking in the water..
Northern news reporters no longer stand in the water in New Orleans. Most of the white health care workers have refused to even go to the triage centers in the intercity areas of New Orleans because of the growing contamination of the water, not sniper fire.
All people leaving the city are now being treated for bacterial diseases.
Media blackout
The mainstream white media has carefully blacked out any focus reporting on the critical race to save Lake of Pontchartrian and its surrounding rich white communities from the tocic effects of the growing tocic bacterial inter City Lake now covering most of the city. This is being done to try and contain the growing panic in the New Orleans region about the spread of water based diseases. These bacterial diseases are already emerging as the leading cause of death. Both Charity and University inner city hospitals were forced to close because of inundation of the spreading death lake and lost of backup generation power.
The 300 feet wide levee breaks are still flooding New Orleans at high tide and connecting the city to the Gulf of Mexico via Lake Pontchartrian. The Gulf tide is spreading and mixing the bacterial water with the Lake Pontchartrian system. The breaks in the city’s three levees may not be closed for three to five days. Failure to close the levees will ensure the growth of the size of the bacterial Death Lake. The regional containment of the Death Lake to Lake Pontchartrian’s water system may already be too late.
75,000 Americans
Over 75,000 African Americans in New Orleans are facing the immediate threat of death from water based diseases and another 300,000 in the region are at risk of water transmitted inflections. Given the lacked transportation infrastructure and de facto quarantine by surrounding white communities, means only 7, 000 people can be moved a day. The refugees have to travel farther and farther to find temporary camps. Time is running out. Health professionals and workers trapped in New Orleans hospitals are reporting the spread of lack of water, stress, and malnutrition related deaths.
After six days without clean water, many New Orleans refugees are now dying from malnutrition and diarrhea. According to MSNBC children mortality is increasing, bodies are being stacked in the Convention Center and in hospital wards. Bodies are lying in the streets and water. Mainstream media is not reporting the immediate threat to the region of the Death Lake.
Under the cover of fear of sporadic gunfire, rescues workers and police have refused for days to deploy critically needed assets to the inner city near the emerging death lake.
World Bank Darfur, Sudan population control model
FEMA appears to be using the standard World Bank African population control model, by refusing airdrops to isolated section of the city and forcing refugees, like animals via starvation to move to FEMA prepositioned locations like the Superdome and Convention Centers. Before President Bush arrival, FEMA had also refused to drop Special Forces into target areas of New Orleans to create forward command centers to rapidly rescue refugees and retake local area’s to land supply routes and bases.
Many sections of the ghetto remain triaged and off limits by Homeland Security from even air dropped food or water. Logistical supplies are backed up outside the inner city. The shelters and refugee camps are constructed just outside the inner city sections. As the deadly bacterial diseases spread these camps are being transformed into de facto death camps. City power remains officially turned off. New Orleans is now defacto quarantine like old Soviet era cities. The refuges camps look very much like the one found in Black Africa. Many of the FEMA staff has worked in Africa.
While the world community helplessly watches and listens to the cries for help from the remaining two hundred thousand isolated Americans waiting to be evacuated from the emerging death zone in New Orleans, the final phase of the formation of death lake is taking shape. After six days of chemical transformation, the flood waters of Lake Pontchartrian are so tonic now people are being killed from contact. After a week of 95 degree heat and increase linkages from oil refineries Pontchartrian has turned into a tonic biological death lake in the bottom of the city that may extend beyond the flooded sections of New Orleans.
Window of opportunity to save lake closing this weekend
According to Michael Chertoff, Secretary of Homeland Security, “we’re racing the clock” to find stranded people. Officials from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said they were particularly worried about outbreaks of disease spread through sewage contamination of drinking water, spoiled food, dead human bodies, insects and bites from snakes and other animals.
According to Dr.Thomas H. Sinks, Jr., an epidemiologist at the C.D.C “This (New Orleans) is going to be a long-term event”. The affected area is “a couple of hundred miles wide, four to five times the geographic extent of Hurricane Andrew in 1992,”
The trapped African American refugees and homeless people are forced to share the 20 percent of remaining dry lands of New Orleans with hungry rats, fire ants, snakes, and alligators. The city water system, Lake Pontchartrian and the growing Death Lake is a festering pool of human bodies, stew of sewage, gasoline, refinery chemicals, debris and bacterial diseases...
Blackout of the white media coverage to the fact that within a few more days, the rising deadly bacterial/chemically tonic inner city lake will become so tonic that its waters will inflect and kill most of the remaining thousands of trapped people in New Orleans. President Bush, Michael Chertoff and the oil companies will have the blood and bodies of thousands of Americans to explain away.
The bacterial panic has already started, the city of Houston temporarily stopped the flow of bacterially inflect people from New Orleans from , so Houston medical teams could get the necessary bacteria infrastructure in place.
New Orleans doctors, nurses and medical staff finally rescued form contaminated city hospitals report wide spread inflections and bodies decomposing in hospital wards, the Superdome, convention center, rivers, streams , refugee camps, underpasses of highways and in the streets.
Secret Quarantine policy started by Homeland Security
The triage center at the New Orleans international airport and centers has started quarantine of new waves of bacteria infected refugees. Rescue teams on the borders of New Orleans have refused to deploy inside the spreading death zones. Rich mainly white colleges in the New Orleans have refused to allow football and basketball domes and college based clinics to be used by the refugees for fear of water based infection. Major regional cities in Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas have also refused to allow massive inflows of New Orleans refugees. The only question now is how many more Americans will suffer and die?
FEMA never constructed a ghetto emergency loop
One of the primary Afrocentric question is why would ten of thousands of Black working, middle class people looking at waves surging off Lake Pontchartrian on their TV sets willing elect to wait out the most powerful hurricane in Northern America history, and not make a run for higher ground. Entire apartment houses full with people have been lost in New Orleans ghettos. Whole families are missing and are lost. Serious questions are emerging suggesting that whole communities in the inner city, were consciously triaged by Homeland Security critical management information system(MIS) loop during the critical night hours between 8:00 pm and sunrise.
Even today, no effective communication system or command centers have been put in place to allow inter city people to make informed choices to manage the risk of Dead Lake Pontchartrian, either by city government, police or Homeland Security. US Space Command satellites, Special Forces, Naval and US Army are now on the ground in time to evacate people but line of communication are very weak at best between the Black community and the Homeland Security that left them to die in the flood. The African American community remains willfully left out side the quarantine informational loop. No network of critical communications of function in the ghettos of New Orleans. Few people remaining will understand and be able to act on the information about the death lake killing and entomb them.
Families need to not allow their children to watch reports about New Orleans alone on TV. There is no America reference for what happens next. Its about to get very Third World.
