Not Just an Act of Racism, And Genocide, Bush Actions Were High Treason

According to the Wall Street Journal, Friday 9/9/05, Admiral Keating and his general staff had moved US military forces in the northern Gulf to ready alert a full week before the storm Katrina hit the State of Louisiana. Emergency meals and medical equipment and highly trained emergency rescue forces were pre-positioned at military bases in Merdien, Mississippi, and Barksdale, Louisiana. US Navy and US Marines were on station off the city of New Orleans. 600 helicopters and thousands of urban rescue boats and communications networks were waiting for orders to rapidly move into landing zones already secured by US Army Rangers advanced teams near the city of New Orleans.

Admiral Keating had the 82nd and 101st airborne on ready alert to assist the Louisiana National Guard and integrated under the State military command as set forth in existing agreements between the states and the federal governments. Before hurricane Katrina arrived in New Orleans region Admiral Keating sent military officers to Mississippi and Louisiana to setup the traditional coordination with their counterparts from FEMA and local forces. The Pentagon had already carried out the necessary preparation without any formal Katrina related request from FEMA or other authority. According to Assistant Secretary Michael, "The US military has never deployed a larger, better resource civil support capability so rapidly in the history of our country."

The same high power digital cameras used to follow the flight of Tiger Woods shots are common in the newer United States military grade surveillance satellites on station. These same satellites were pre-positioned on New Orleans. These and other types of surveillance satellites tracked the storm across Cuba, Florida in route to Louisiana and Mississippi. They were on station over New Orleans and other Gulf cities reportedly protecting the population, ready to pin point the levee breaks and pass critical information to President Bush, Department of Defense, Homeland Security, Admiral Keating general’s staff and other ground forces to ease the evacuation of the people in the target flooded areas.

President Bush and his threat matrix crisis management team knew from the New Orleans hurricane analysis where, when and to degree federal assistance was critical in saving Americans lives, before, during and after the storm came ashore. FEMA projected over thousands of deaths and hundreds of thousands of people being forced on to their roofs requiring air and sea rescue.

Through the best military communications in the world, President Bush knew the situation better than either the Governor or the mayor, and did nothing to help during the critical time when the levees started breaking and the city began flooding. President Bush not only kept critical information from State and city forces in the fight, he refused to act on the information he had to save American lives.

This massive rescue army of 40,000 troops was ordered by the President of the United States to stand down and helplessly watch, in some cases their own fathers, mothers, children and families begging for rescue for five days. American citizens needlessly died at the hands of a killer storm and a President playing politics with their lives.

Mothers and fathers across the northern Gulf region were forced to make thousands of life and death choices while President Bush and the oil lobby tried to take control of Louisiana’s state military forces from another mother, Governor Kathleen Babeueaux Blanco. The price of the Bush federalization failed coup d’etat was one million refugeed Americans and thousands dead. The American bodies being pulled from the fetid flood waters of New Orleans speak to the depth of the ruthlessness of the oil companies.

The Bush White House crisis management team knowingly abandoned the President’s responsibility to protect and serve the American people in the critical first hours and days of Hurricane Katrina’s attack on Gulf cities. That was an act of not just racism, its was treason.

The stand down was ordered by the President in order to federalize the Louisiana National Guard to protect Oil interests and not American citizens. For denial and abandonment of critical services and the loss of Americans due to criminal abuse of helpless children the President should be removed from office.

For this willful and conscious act of high treason against the people of America, President Bush must be removed from office and charged along with the Vice President , and Secretaries of Defense, State, Homeland Security for mass murder.

Children of America must come to understand that what happened in New Orleans was an evil act, committed by evil leaders and people who should be going to jail.

This is a question of not Black, but genocide.

Psychologists who have studied traumatic after-effects of the 9/11 attacks as well as last year’s tsunami said many hurricane survivors will face months, perhaps years of emotional distress. Their trauma will be worsened because many spent days, not just hours, fearing for their lives. For Black and Latino children New Orleans will join other of acts genocide by white people.

A key part of trauma recovery is understanding and confronting the agents of the trauma. In the case of New Orleans the oil industry has had a plan in place for years to leave behind ten of thousands of American under 30 feet of flood waters.

Witnessing it on TV has traumatized over a 100 million youth. African and Afro-Latino Americans have been singled out; the mass murder of over thousands mostly Black Americans in New Orleans is only one part of the master plan. Every major North America urban center has Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) mass murder plans just like the plan used to entomb thousands of African Americans in New Orleans. We, as Black people must understand the evil master plan, the evil people behind it and how to counterattack it. New Orleans was the last warning of what the potential is for mass murder. Next time, the numbers will speak for themselves.

In order for Black children to better deal with the emotional trauma of watching left behind to die, African Americans need to understand that there are evil people out to murder them when ever the opportunity presents itself. African Americans need to know that increasing numbers of Black leadership are joining the ranks of evil people. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and the other Blacks and Latinos that were in the room when Cheney and Rumsfeld gave the final word to do New Orleans went down.

These Black leaders were not just spooks who sat by the doors; they were active participants who voted yes by their action (or lack of) to mass murder. Ms. Rice was watching a Broadway play and shopping for shoes in New York City, while Black father and mothers and children were dying in attics waiting for federal helicopters that never came.
