What's Really Behind Bush’s Attempt to Amend the Posse Comitatus Act?

The Bush administration and oil industry is quietly consolidating their command and control over the almost every aspect of the New Orleans and northern Gulf rescue effort. The primary oil lobby goal is control of the information about chemical related contamination and clean up efforts.

The oil industry fears the trillion dollars of personal claims from the oil and chemicals linking into the city water system and Mississippi River.

The immediate goal is taking political control of the city of New Orleans to prepare for the possible third hurricane attack on the city this season.

US Space Command may again be forced to select a soft-landing location in or near New Orleans for the next Katrina class hurricane.

Bush is creating the political infrastructure so his does not have to debate this historic political decision with any Governor, particularly the Governor of Louisiana. This is what is really behind Bush’s attempt to amend the Posse Comitatus Act?

The US military is running a secret US Space Command black operation to contain the rise and impact of deadly hurricanes to protect US oil interests. The US military is using secret non-nuclear Weapons of Mass Destruction systems designed to create city-killer hurricanes to stop this new class of deadly storms.

The Bush and the oil companies are trying to fight the new class of chemical waste hurricanes, with the latest generation of Space Wars space-based weapons. This Bush administration reintroduction of the old Star War Project Stormfury has been attacking young hurricanes reportedly for the past five years.

Based on Katrina and Rita, there is strong evidence to suggest there will be an even stronger chemical wash fed hurricane developing before the hurricane season is over in six weeks.

This oil lobby cost containment and weather modification of young hurricanes is failing because the increasing toxicity of the Mississippi River Plume and growth strength of the hurricanes.

The two hurricanes Katrina and Rita have added massive new amounts of thermal agents to the water in Hurricanes alley for the next group of storms to feed on. Hurricane Rita went from a category 1 hurricane to a category 5 in less than 24 hours. The super rate transformation was due in part to new amounts of thermal agents spilled in the Mississippi River after Katrina hit the New Orleans toxic chemical plants.

This increase toxicity is a major challenge to the Space Command contains the power of the storms. With second new toxic chemical flows from Rita attack on chemical plants in Houston concentrating hurricane alley, the conditions are set for the third hurricane, which the writer suggest may be the real Big One.

Three storms system are loading into hurricane ally, two have been forced away from the waste toxic chemically enriched Northern track via Florida Keys, by US Space Command. The third storm is in the mid-Atlantic Ocean staging area and may become problematic if it head toward the Leeward Islands.

Total federal control of the Northern Gulf will allow the US military and oil companies a free hand to do what they got to do. A amendment to the Posse Comitatus Act will free Bush and the oil companies from any state interference and de facto federalize the whole Northern Gulf without having to seek permission from any target state.

The increasing the federal control of southern Louisiana is critical to the over Bush oil companies oil spill cover up operation. The Louisiana Governor still is struggling to resist outright federalization. The terms of the surrender called for Louisiana State military forces to come under the direct command of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and generals to be appointed by Rumsfeld, Cheney and President Bush. In a political facing saving deal, the federal government is quietly assuming most critical functions. The FBI and other federal agencies have taken control of the ground zero law enforcement form the New Orleans Police Department. All Search and Rescues would be under the direct control of the US Department of Defense and EPA.

This cover up operation is being done in the same way they have controlled the economic recovery in Iraq. Many of the same companies are working in both Iraq and New Orleans. Many of the private security personal and white spooks employed by the oil multinational in Africa, South America and the Middle East are now working with the US military in New Orleans. The oil lobby has been very successful in keeping the connection of trillion dollar oil claims to the water problems in New Orleans story out of the media stream. The media focus has passed over the emotional issue of the thousands of missing bodies to the political free-for-all in federal reconstruction moneys for New Orleans.

The stories of the massive oil spills and the financial responsibility of the major oil companies are blacked out in the media. The oil spills are like the missing bodies, the public knows they are out there, but the media refuses to report on them.

While local political and business groups publicly fight over the billions of federal funding with the big defense companies, the city of New Orleans has been transformed into a cordon satire military death zone. The National Guard and US Army have closed entire parishes to residents. Military checkpoints have been created throughout the city.

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has created a network of monitoring stations to control population movement in the city of New Orleans. Officially the EPA is looking for and monitoring bacteria hot spots in the water. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is looking for E. coli and other bacteria in the water. The chemical toxicity of the almost three weeks old flood water is so great decontamination is no longer a solution. More than eight billion gallons of chemically contaminated flood water is being dumped into Lake Pontchartrain from the Metairie, City Park and Mount Olivet Cemetery sections to reduce the oil companies’ exposure.

The media is now playing to community fears and real concern about air borne substances and the immediate threat of the proliferation of mosquitoes (West Nile), snakes and rodents. The lower evolution of the bottom of the city has been drained. Many of the bodies and heavy oil and chemicals are settling in these areas. The Army Corp. of Engineers is planning to wait months to drains these politically exploitive areas of the city.

According to the Newark Star-Ledger, every vehicle going in and out of the cordon death zones is being washed by using five fire trucks that hose down the sides and tops of the vehicles as they drive out the death zones. This is being done to try to control the spread of air borne substances. The major problem is that there are not enough decontamination centers to cover the at risk areas of the city or region.

Many residents and other people are finding ways to slip through the military cordon zone.
